Who is Complete Therapies?
We are determined and dedicated professionals who are licensed to perform and practice Aquatic Therapy, Massage Therapy and Recreational Therapy, and Music Therapy alongside our sister company, Southwestern Music Therapy.
What client types does Complete Therapies serve and treat?
We see clients of all ages and with all levels of physical and cognitive capabilities. We provide assistance and help to anyone that is seeking for considerate, gentle, specialized treatment for their unfortunate circumstances. We have exceptional and particular experience in working with individuals that are affected by Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Traumatic Brain Injury, Elder/Geriatric, Pre and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation, and other medical concerns.
How do I start receiving services?
To begin, please give us a call at (467) 447-4005, or email us to easily fill out a Request for Consultation form. When you make a request for services, the initial step is for Complete Therapies to schedule an evaluation with the new client. We will take into consideration all of the medical needs of the individual, the current treatment regimen, and any orders or prescriptions set by the clients physician when we assess the treatment options for therapy. Next, we will develop a treatment plan which will also outline treatment goals, with the therapist assigned to oversee care. Finally, we will establish a schedule for treatment sessions that is convenient for everyone to attend.
What if I reside in a rural area?
We want every individual to be warranted the opportunity and capability to receive the treatment and therapies that they need. One of the most important goals for Complete Therapies, is to ensure that no client slips through and is able to receive treatment.
What therapy would be best for myself or my loved one?
The types and forms of therapy and treatment that the client will receive will depend on the understanding and agreement amongst the client, their family, the overseeing physicians, and the Complete Therapies staff and overseeing Therapist. One or multiple therapy services may be utilized and applied to assist the client’s unique physical or emotional disabilities and goals. What can we expect from each therapy session?
Prior to beginning a treatment session, the a Therapist will work to establish respect and communication with the client by obtaining informed consent and permission. As sessions continue over time, treatment techniques may evolve as original goals are reached and new goals emerge. a Therapists are innovative professionals who enjoy problem-solving with clients to help them reach their developing wellness objectives.
What makes Complete Therapies differ from other services?
Our Therapists are trained to use focused, specialized medical techniques that in turn target specific medical issues, symptoms or areas of concern to the individual. We integrate with the client, the clients family, and the overseeing medical team to understand and determine the specific needs and conditions that would require the therapist to modify treatment or avoid certain areas before beginning treatment. This in turn, will ensure the comfort and safety of the client, and will ensure that the therapy treatment will compliment the client’s other ongoing care with their current medical team.
Where does Complete Therapies provide services?
Complete Therapies travels to where the client is, at times that accommodate and are convenient to the client. A licensed Therapist will come to your residence, retirement facility, or medical facility to provide therapy on-site. For Aquatic Therapy, we will work with you to schedule time at a location or appropriate facility with the assigned Aquatic Therapist.
What should I wear for Aquatic Therapy sessions?
This will vary depending on the temperature of the pool and the level of comfort the client has. A swimsuit typically works best.
Is there any special materials or equipment needed for my Massage Therapy sessions?
No. The Massage sessions can take place on a floor mat, in your bed or a hospital bed, a wheelchair, or on a massage table that your therapist will bring if needed or requested.
Does my parent or guardian need to be present during Massage Therapy (underage clients)?
Yes. We require a parent, guardian, or care nurse to be present at all times during the session if the recipient is 16 years or younger in age.

Complete Therapies services and treatments are developed and designed to work within your allocated budget with regards to your wellness goals; we offer reasonable rates and payment options for our services.
We currently accept all major card providers for private pay clients, various insurance providers/carriers and we also work with Medicaid Waiver Programs within the State of Texas.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session with my Therapy?
Please inform and contact your therapist as soon as you can to cancel or reschedule your sessions.
